Heather Gilbert is the Digital Scholarship Librarian for the Addlestone Library at the College of Charleston and the Project Coordinator for the Lowcountry Digital Library. Prior to her switch to the action-packed world of digital libraries, she was a freelance web designer and a small press publisher. She received her MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 2002 and her MLIS from the University of South Carolina in 2011.
