Presently, I am a Digital Content Manager at SCOLA, a non-profit, educational organization, located on a satellite farm near McClelland, IA. SCOLA receives and retransmits television programming -- primarily news broadcasts -- via 8 channels 24/7 from over a 150 countries in 175 languages and dialects. SCOLA's resources are available through eleven different web services: each offers unique language training tools, such as Foreign Text, pre-designed Insta Lessons and multimedia Learning Objects. I am part of a small team that oversees SCOLA's 80 TB Digital Archive.
